Rakul Preet Singh is an Indian film actress and model, mainly works in the South Indian film industries. She was born on Oct 10, 1990 at New Delhi, India. Rakul completed schooling from Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan and later studied Mathematics at Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. She has an active golf player and played nationals.
Acting Entry
Rakul started her career in modelling at age 18 while she was still in college. In 2009 she made her acting debut in the Kannada film, Gilli. A remake of Selvaraghavans 7G Rainbow Colony. Rakul won four subtitles at the pageant including Pantaloons Femina Miss Fresh Face, Femina Miss Talented, Femina Miss Beautiful Smile and Femina Miss Beautiful Eyes.
Film Career
Rakul make her debut with a bollywood film Yaariyan. She has also participated in Miss Tourism in China and rose to the sixth position in the international pageant. She worked in hits like Thadaiyara Thaakka co-starring Arun Vijay and Mamta Mohandas, Venkatadri Express co-starring Sundeep Kishan and Brahmaji, Yaariyan co-starring Himansh Kohli and Nicole Faria, Current Theega co-starring Srinivas Gudur, Jagapati Babu and Sunny Leone, Loukyam co-starring Gopichand, Brahmanandam, Hamsa Nandini and Mukesh Rishi, among other films.
