Shruthi sung her first song at the age of six, in her father s movie "Thevar Megan" composed by "Ilayaraja". "Jaago Gori" song is sung on her school daya in the movie "Chachi 420", Then she sung several songs in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Shruthi Composed music for Tamil film "Unnaipol Oruvan" which released in 2009. It is remake of the successful Hindi film, A Wednesday!.

Shruthi entered in film industry with the movie "Hey ram" in this movie she acted as daughter of vallabai Patel, it was released in Hindi and Tamil. Her movie in bollywwod is "Luck" in this she paired with "Imran Khan". Shruthi debut telugu film is "Anaganaga O Deerudu" paired opposite with "Siddardh"in 2011. Sruthi s next telugu movie is "Oh my Friend" co-starred with "Siddarth", "Hansika" and "Navadeep".In the year 2012she acted in Harish Shankar s Telugu film "Gabbar Singh", It block buster movie in her career.
